A Lifelong Mover

A lifelong mover and student of the body, my discovery of dance improvisation brought tremendous passion and healing into my life and over time evolved into a curiosity for understanding the subtle inner movements of psyche, emotion, and body. The challenges persistently plaguing my own mind and health insisted I refine my investigation of how thought-forms and emotions express and impress themselves in the physical body and our lives.

Inner Researcher

This inner research opened me to the vast library of collective, ancestral, and personal data that makes up an individual, and stirred my longing to guide others to deeply see, feel, and liberate the history living inside of them. As my seriousness studying this multi-sensory landscape deepened I found myself naturally seeking to learn from my elders in the energetic and somatic healing world to discover more about us humans and how we work!

Stepping Into The New

I am very grateful for the opportunity to study the Rosen Method and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. They have both stretched me to discard outdated conditioning, and are guides leading me back to the receptivity of sacred feminine energy. This practice continues to humble me so I can show up to this work fresh, open and aware of both my small and my vast place in this universe.
